• Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or comparable
• Several years of experience in power plant or plant construction
• Experience as Construction Manager or Site Manager
• Knowledge in the Brownfield and EPC project environment
• Sound HSSE and construction site management know-how
• Experience with authorities, auditors, and inspections
• Knowledge in claims and contract management
• Fluent German and English skills
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• High willingness to travel and presence on the construction site
