- Supervision of the execution of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary systems according to planning and standards
- Coordination of building services trades and interface management on construction sites
- Control of compliance with technical standards, quality specifications, energy efficiency, and sustainability goals
- Tracking of construction progress, creation of reports and defect protocols
- Participation in inspections, acceptances, and handovers, as well as communication with project participants
- Experience in construction supervision or construction management in the HVAC sector
- Knowledge of relevant standards such as DIN, VDI, GEG, and VOB
- Experience with modern building technologies and sustainable energy systems
- Confident use of MS Office as well as software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or AVA tools
- Driver's license class B required for regular site presence in Berlin
