SThree_Germany is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.

• Location: Alzey, 100% on-site at the construction site
• Start Date: From November
• Duration: 6 months with option for extension
• Freelance
• Coordination of executing companies on the construction site
• Monitoring of construction progress
• Verification of execution according to plans, specifications, and work instructions
• Supervision of earthworks, compaction, surface sealing, and drainage
• Documentation of defects and follow-up of corrective actions
• Supervision of all building pits and excavation work in connection with temporary works on the entire site
• Civil Engineering degree or comparable qualification
• Practical site experience in civil engineering, earthworks, drainage, or infrastructure projects
• Ability to read plans and technical documents
• Knowledge of civil engineering and excavation safety
• Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills
• German and English at a professional level mandatory
• Your current CV
• Work references, training and qualification certificates, as well as a project list
• Preferably also stating your salary expectations
