Construction Supervisor for Industrial Projects

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced construction supervisor to oversee the execution of complex industrial projects. You will be responsible for ensuring deadlines, quality, and costs, as well as compliance with all regulatory approvals and conditions.

Your tasks include monitoring construction execution in accordance with state building regulations, managing and documenting correspondence with all project participants, and carrying out comprehensive project documentation. You will act as the point of contact for construction contract law issues and serve as the central interface to the building supervisory authority and other government representatives.

We expect several years of experience in construction supervision according to state building regulations, ideally in the North Rhine-Westphalia region. Your experience in complex industrial projects in the Life Science, Pharma, or Semiconductor industries should be proven. Projects with an investment volume of over 100 million euros should be part of your portfolio.

Experience in projects with high coordination complexity due to individual contract awards, as well as proven competence in brownfield projects (i.e., construction in existing facilities or during ongoing operations), is particularly valuable. These skills are essential for the successful completion of demanding construction measures.

The position is planned for at least six months and offers the opportunity to contribute your expertise in a challenging environment.
