Responsibilities

Profile

• Professional leadership and guidance of deployed fitters and subcontractors
• Supervision of the assembly of machines, plants, and complete assemblies
• Coordination of electrical and pneumatic installations
• Ensuring compliance with all technical drawings, specifications, and requirements
• Requesting, providing, and coordinating materials and components
• Coordination with adjacent trades and interfaces
• Schedule monitoring, progress control, and documentation of assembly progress
• Identification of technical problems and initiation of appropriate solutions
• Escalation of deviations regarding schedule, quality, or costs
• Organization and coordination of necessary rework
• Completed technical training, ideally as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, plant mechanic, or comparable qualification
• Further training as a technician or master craftsman in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field is advantageous
• Sound professional experience in the assembly of machines, plants, or production lines
• Sound knowledge of mechanics, electrics, and pneumatics
• Confident handling of technical drawings, parts lists, and assembly specifications
• Willingness to work on-site at the construction site / in the plant
• Fluent German and good English skills for international project environments
