Project overview
Construction supervision electrical engineering according to HOAI LP8
Coordination and supervision of executing companies
Ensuring quality, deadlines, and costs
Accompanying the execution of medium-voltage, low-voltage, and building technology
Monitoring fire alarm, safety, and communication systems
Coordination with clients, specialist planners, and other trades
Carrying out acceptances and defect management
Documentation of construction progress
Requirements
Completed studies or training in electrical engineering or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in construction supervision/management of industrial projects
Experience with HOAI service phase 8
Experience in projects with approx. €5 million electrical volume
Knowledge in medium-voltage, low-voltage, and building technology
Confident demeanor on construction sites and in coordination meetings
