Project overview

Construction and site supervision of electrical trades (TGA/ELT) within the scope of execution phase 8 according to HOAI

Supervision and control of the professional execution of electrical installations in accordance with planning documents, technical specifications, and applicable standards

Coordination and alignment of interfaces between the involved trades, executing companies, and project participants

Review and evaluation of execution documents as well as ensuring compliance with quality and deadline specifications

Conducting site inspections, documenting construction progress, and accompanying acceptance and defect rectification

Checking measurements, performance records, and invoices of the executing companies

Requirements

Completed degree in electrical engineering, alternatively a comparable technical qualification

Sound professional experience in technical building equipment (TGA), especially in the field of electrical engineering (ELT)

Demonstrable experience in the construction and site supervision of electrical trades

Practical experience in execution phase 8 according to HOAI

Experience in cross-trade interface coordination and cooperation with executing companies

Knowledge of relevant technical regulations and standards (e.g., DIN, VDE)
