We are looking for a young, dedicated personality as a Construction Supervisor with a focus on district heating pipeline construction to oversee and coordinate civil engineering, pipe construction, and road construction measures. You will represent the client's interests.

Profile

• Start: January 2027
• Duration: 24 months
• Utilization: Full-time
• Location: Hamburg, 100% on-site
• Degree as Engineer, Master Craftsman, or Technician in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Civil Engineering, or comparable qualification
• Practical knowledge in underground pipeline construction or district heating operation and the relevant regulations
• Knowledge in cost planning, cost monitoring
• Team spirit, reliability, commitment, and willingness to perform
• Independent and structured way of working
• Assertiveness and decision-making ability as well as sense of responsibility

• Responsible construction supervisor for individual construction sections
• Support of specialist planning
• Participation in approval processes and official acceptances (e.g., road traffic authority permits, tree protection, discharge permits)
• Participation in quantity surveying with the executing companies and checking the quantity surveys
• Invoice verification
• Consultation and, if necessary, clarification of change order management
• Coordination of on-site companies, responsible authorities, utility companies, and technically involved parties and construction managers
• Schedule control and monitoring
• Quality control and assurance of various construction services
• Monitoring compliance with safety regulations/workplace safety
• Organization and leadership of participation in project/construction meetings, including preparation, initiation, and enforcement of decisions and minute-taking
• Reporting to project staff
• Documentation of the construction process
• Maintaining the construction logbook
