Project overview

The assignment includes the structural review of building permit applications within the municipality.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Review and assess permit applications against structural laws and regulations
• Make decisions on risks, structural safety, permit conditions, and technical advice
• Form an independent judgment and ensure timely and correct processing of submitted applications
• Conduct consultations with applicants and other parties involved in the procedure
• Apply knowledge of Eurocodes, the Bbl, and the Omgevingswet in the structural field
• Completed academic education, for example, TU Building Engineering or Construction
• In-depth mastery of the structural field with sufficient insight into other technical disciplines
• Analytical ability to understand causal relationships and interdependencies in issues
• Good empathy and communication skills, with clear and structured language adapted to the conversation partner
• Team player
