Consultant Active Directory & Railway Power Systems

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced consultant with a focus on Active Directory and railway power systems for a project in the area of network operations. The position is to be filled from January 2027 and will be predominantly remote, with occasional on-site appointments.

Responsibilities

Prerequisite: Onshore activity from Germany. All required qualifications must be demonstrable in the CV.

• Establishment and optimization of processes and workflows
• Ensuring adherence to agile processes
• Technical consulting and decision-making
• Process analysis and design
• Coordination with involved organizational units

Requirements

• MSCA certification (Microsoft Certified Associate Windows 7)
• Practical experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, Group Policies, and Dynamic Access Control (at least 3 years)
• Knowledge of 16.7 Hz railway power systems and their network operations (at least 5 years)
• Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or IPMA)
• Experience with specific system landscapes in the railway sector
• Stakeholder management and requirements gathering (3+ years)
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
• Quality assurance processes
• Software development with Java EE, Spring, Gradle/Maven, and Oracle databases
