Responsibilities

• Conception, development, and implementation of an AI-supported voice bot for automated pre-qualification of incoming B2C leads along defined sales processes
• Recording business requirements from sales, marketing, and customer service, and translating them into scalable conversational AI, routing, and automation concepts
• Development of intelligent dialog and decision logic for qualification, prioritization, and classification of prospects, including appointment scheduling and handover to sales teams
• Realization of the integration of the voice bot into Salesforce CRM, including API connections, lead creation, data enrichment, status management, and automated handover processes
• Definition and introduction of a KPI and optimization concept for continuous improvement of conversion rate, lead quality, reachability, and degree of automation

Requirements

My advantages:

• Sound project experience in the setup and introduction of AI-based voice bots, conversational AI solutions, or AI voice agents in sales or service environments
• Demonstrable experience in the conception of lead qualification funnels, customer journeys, dialog designs, and routing logic for B2C customer processes
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM and practical experience with the integration of voice bot, contact center, or automation solutions via APIs and middleware
• Experience with modern conversational AI technologies, Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, and Large Language Model applications, as well as their productive use
• Ability to independently analyze business requirements, manage technical implementation partners, and take responsibility for an end-to-end solution from conception to go-live
• Prospect of exciting follow-up projects in the Hays project world
• Qualitative support during the ongoing project by our care colleagues
