Veeva Vault [RIM] Specialist

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Veeva Vault [RIM] Specialist for a large international REMOTE project to join our TITANS freelancers team.

Project requirements

• technical rollout, configuration, and subsequent support of the Veeva Vault RIM solution
• design, configuration, administration, and optimization of core platform functionalities and shared services according to business requirements
• analysis of business requirements and their translation into specific configuration and technical solutions in Veeva Vault
• ensuring scalability, maintainability, and consistent platform management, including defining governance rules
• support of integrations between Veeva Vault and external systems, including analysis and resolution of integration issues
• support for validation and compliance activities in a regulated environment
• creation and maintenance of technical documentation, configuration standards, and platform governance processes
• defining and implementing best practices in platform configuration, administration, and development
• collaboration with business teams, technical specialists, and other stakeholders in the design and implementation of solutions
• support for change deployment, platform optimization, and continuous improvement of the existing solution
• collaboration takes place in a 100% REMOTE mode
• min. 3 years of project experience with the Veeva Vault platform, ideally with the RIM product
• practical experience with Veeva Vault configuration and administration, ideally within rollouts and production solution support
• advanced knowledge:
• of the Veeva Vault platform
• of cloud development solutions, their functions and integrations
• Veeva Vault certification in administration and/or development
• experience with Veeva Vault system administration, support, and migration is an advantage
• active knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)
• min. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• ability to react and adapt to change flexibly
• problem-solving skills
• excellent communication skills
• proactive approach
