Job description
Seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Consultant to support process architects, focusing on CMDB/CSDM and ITSM modules. The role involves documenting processes, coordinating interfaces, and improving process efficiency within complex IT environments.
Project overview
Additional support for the existing process architects: collaborate closely with internal process architects to distribute workloads and absorb peak loads.
The process architect is responsible for:
Documenting and maintaining process-related activities.
Establishing and communicating these activities to all stakeholders (process managers and operational actors).
Contributing to process review (via a governance body) and their improvement by identifying friction points.
Contributing to planning activities (PI - Program Increment) in MyITS (ServiceNow).
Coordinating interfaces between their process and other processes.
Resolving cross-functional (interdepartmental) issues.
Defining and maintaining training and communication content.
Reporting on process effectiveness to management.
Monitoring and evaluating process performance.
Initiating process improvement initiatives by leading regular reviews with process managers and owners.
Ensuring follow-up of the action plan dedicated to process improvement.
Profile sought
FLUENT ENGLISH MANDATORY
Producing clear and sustainable documentation, guidelines, and training materials to ensure team autonomy once the mission is completed.
Proven experience in process architecture: at least 5 years of proven experience in implementing Configuration Management AND Incident/Problem Management within complex, large-scale IT environments.

Knowledge transfer and team empowerment:
Actively transfer knowledge, methodologies, and best practices to internal teams and process managers.
- ServiceNow: solid functional experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly on CMDB/CSDM and ITSM modules.
- In-depth practical experience in CMDB design/cleanup and CSDM architecture.
- Agile mindset and practices: familiarity with Agile working methods.
- Languages: fluent English (minimum B2 level) is imperative. All daily meetings, documentation, and exchanges with stakeholders are conducted in English.
