• Provide input for the further development of contract and supplier management.
• Identify opportunities for improvement within processes, practices, and tooling.
• Contribute to the further professionalization of the field.
• Follow relevant developments in contract and supplier management, legislation, and market developments.
• Advise stakeholders on the application of contract and supplier management within their area of work.
• Support improvement and change processes
• Contribute to the execution of improvement initiatives and change processes.
• Support the implementation of new processes, practices, and systems.
• Coordinate with involved stakeholders on progress and results.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies and discuss them with stakeholders.
• Contribute to digitization initiatives and new ERP system
• Monitor the alignment between processes, policy, systems, and the Alliander Procurement Methodology.
• Provide substantive input for decision-making and implementation issues.
• Advice and stakeholder management
• Advise contract managers, process owners, and other stakeholders on the CATS-CM method.
• Support the preparation of decision-making and management information.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders inside and outside Procurement.
• Escalate complex issues to senior colleagues or management where necessary.
• Professional development and knowledge sharing
• Actively contribute to the further development of the contract management field based on CATS-CM/SRM.
• Develop and update work instructions, standards, and tools.
• Share knowledge and best practices within the team and the organization.
• Support the safeguarding of agreed-upon practices and methodologies.
• Continuous improvement
• Follow developments within contract management and supplier management.
• Contribute to testing, implementing, and improving new practices, tooling, and reports.
• Participate in initiatives that contribute to a more professional and future-proof contract management process.
• CATS-CM (without this knowledge, the candidate cannot be considered) and preferably CATS-SRM
