Project overview
We are looking for a Consultant Copilot-Studio for one of our clients in the industrial and international sector in La Défense.
Mission Context:
As part of its digital transformation and the optimization of its software development practices, our client wishes to accelerate the adoption of generative AI within its technical teams.
The objective is to support the integration of GitHub Copilot through an immersive "On-Code Copilot" approach.
Mission Objectives:
Work directly with developers on real use cases to teach them how to guide and get the most out of Copilot (prompt engineering applied to code, refactoring, test generation, documentation).
Creation of standards & best practices: Define configuration guides, context rules (context boundary, .copilotignore, system instructions) and prompt patterns adapted to Nexans' stack.
Measure and accelerate adoption: Identify barriers to use, measure the impact of the tool, and disseminate the culture of AI-augmented development within the teams.
Profile:
Copilot Studio / Generative AI Expertise: Advanced mastery of the GitHub Copilot ecosystem (Copilot Enterprise/Business) and prompt engineering applied to code.
