Responsibilities
- Preparatory analysis of change requests for customer and contract documents

- Participation in workshops for requirements gathering with involved stakeholders
- Documentation of action options, risks, and open points for further review by the responsible decision-making bodies
- Follow-up of workshops and maintenance of project-relevant documentation
Requirements
- Extensive experience in the analysis and preparation of legal and regulatory requirements in the area of life insurance and customer contact
- Sound expertise in insurance law, particularly life insurance
- Experience with regulatory requirements for customer communication
- Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary workshop work
