Consultant Customer Data Platform – Zeotap / 100% Remote

Project overview

For an internationally operating e-commerce company in Ingolstadt, we are looking for an experienced professional for the consulting and further development of a Customer Data Platform.

Framework data:

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: By arrangement / indefinite
• Location: 100% Remote / Home office, onboarding possibly 2 days in Ingolstadt
• Utilization: Part-time (approx. 3 working days per week)

Responsibilities

• Independent support and further development of the Customer Data Platform with a special focus on Zeotap
• Contribution and establishment of practice-proven best practices for optimal use of the platform
• Collaborative conception and implementation of solutions together with the Direct Campaign Management team
• Structuring and implementation of targeted customer segmentations and identity resolution processes
• Consulting at the interface between technology, data infrastructure, and operational campaign management

Requirements

• Mandatory, demonstrable practical experience in the application and configuration of Zeotap
• Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Sound professional experience in the field of Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Customer Value Management
• Sound knowledge in the setup of data-driven marketing architectures and segmentation strategies
• Fluent German language skills in speaking and writing for smooth professional coordination
