Seeking an expert in generative AI to guide business teams in adopting AI tools within a banking/finance client in the Paris region. The role involves structuring adoption, identifying use cases, and building a roadmap for AI competency.
Project overview
We are looking for a generative AI expert for a long-term assignment with our client in the banking/finance sector in the Paris region. The bank has provided employees with AI tools (LLM, RAG). The business wants to structure their adoption to avoid scattered, uncontrolled, or non-compliant usage. You will be the point of contact who helps teams move from curiosity to good practices.
Your missions:
You will join Ingéniance on a permanent executive contract, as part of a community of data and AI experts.

Profile sought
You have significant experience in generative AI and have already supported the implementation and adoption of AI tools in business teams. You are proficient in project scoping and change management. You know how to share your knowledge, generate interest, and mobilize teams around new uses. You dare to challenge requests while proposing realistic solutions. A BAC+4/5 degree is expected.

- Help teams (sales, implementation, support, marketing, projects) understand what AI can bring to their daily work: time savings, quality, knowledge capitalization.
- Lead workshops to identify pain points and pinpoint repetitive tasks and processes to improve.
- Identify use cases and evaluate them based on consistent criteria: business value, frequency, potential gain, complexity, data availability, risks, and compliance.
- Build and maintain a prioritized portfolio of use cases, distinguishing quick wins with existing tools from projects requiring quantification.
- Conduct a maturity assessment and map existing uses.
- Propose a pragmatic roadmap and support the AI upskilling of employees, using concrete examples.
