Consultant Expert Senior Microsoft BI / Data Warehouse (m/f) - Real Estate Sector

We are looking for one of our clients, an expert Business Intelligence consultant, to work on complex decision-making projects. You will join a dynamic environment to design, structure, and optimize data solutions, with a particular focus on the real estate sector.

• Analyze, design, and structure a data warehouse.
• Understand the existing technical and functional environment: data modeling, flows, indicators, and business management rules (real estate context).
• Qualify the needs of business teams, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and propose reliable, adapted, and user-friendly BI solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy decision-making solutions and high-performance dashboards.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between business and technical teams, while demonstrating a high level of autonomy and reporting.
• Significant experience of 7 to 10 years in the field of Business Intelligence.
• In-depth mastery of the Microsoft BI environment: SQL Server, Oracle, SSIS, and Power BI.
• Solid experience in designing and deploying decision-making solutions and data warehouses.
• Knowledge or strong learning ability of the specifics of the real estate domain (data, indicators, management rules).
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while being a good team facilitator.
