Consultant for E-File and Interface Integration

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced consultant for the design and implementation of an electronic file system (E-Akte) with connection to existing specialist applications.

Responsibilities

• Professional consulting on connecting an E-Akte to established specialist applications such as ERP or financial software
• Conception and support of interface solutions between specialist applications and document management systems (DMS)
• Support with technical and organizational implementation

Requirements

We offer:

A specific professional qualification is not required – your practical experience and expertise are paramount.

• Extensive experience with DMS systems and their interface connection
• Proven senior experience through at least two to three successfully implemented E-Akte introduction projects
• Preferably experience in the municipal or public sector; alternatively, sound knowledge from the financial sector (banks, insurance companies)
• High understanding of process optimization and digital transformation
• Confident communication skills and project management competence
• A demanding project with a high degree of creative freedom
• Collaboration with a dedicated team
• Flexible collaboration
