Service Description:

Support for the operation and management of a central endpoint management infrastructure with a focus on software distribution, operating system deployment, patch management, and client management using SCCM/MECM.

• Processing of software installation requests, analysis, and resolution of faulty software deployments, considering installation parameters, package versions, and detection rules
• Administration and support of SCCM/MECM clients, focusing on installation, repair, policy updates, and analysis of client logs and communication problems
• Support for operating system deployment (OSD) by analyzing and resolving PXE boot, task sequence, driver, and boot image issues
• Creation of standardized reports, execution of ad-hoc analyses, and analysis of compliance metrics
• Support in patch management by analyzing failed updates, checking compliance status, and accompanying update pilot phases
• Execution and monitoring of hardware and software inventory, analysis of inventory errors, adjustment of inventory classes, and checking data quality
• Creation, management, and maintenance of device collections, as well as development and adaptation of queries and checking permissions
• Monitoring and ensuring the ongoing operation of the SCCM/MECM infrastructure by processing alerts, monitoring queues, and analyzing and resolving content distribution and replication errors
