Job description
Seeking an experienced Consultant to analyze and redesign quality organizations, develop target operating models, and create transformation roadmaps within IT/software environments.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of the quality organization (strengths, weaknesses, fields of action) and development of a target image
- Development of organizational models, governance structures, role/responsibility models including interfaces and decision-making processes
- Conception and moderation of management workshops, stakeholder interviews, and cross-departmental coordination
- Development of a prioritized transformation roadmap and creation of management-ready decision proposals
Requirements
- Min. 8 years of consulting experience in organizational/transformation projects in the IT/software environment
- Project experience in building or redesigning quality, test, or engineering organizations
- Experience in developing target organizations, governance structures, and role/responsibility models
- Deep understanding of QA, test management, and their interplay with development, product management, and operations
- Experience in conception and moderation of management workshops and stakeholder interviews
Nice to have
- Experience in the GKV (statutory health insurance) environment or comparable regulated industries (e.g., KRITIS
- critical infrastructure)
- Knowledge of modern QA approaches (Shift Left, DevOps, Test Automation)
- Experience with capability models or maturity assessments
