Project overview
For our client, we are looking for 4 Consultants for human-centric automation / Change Management (m/f/d)
Our client, a public institution, operates a central competence center for automation that selects and introduces tools and procedures organization-wide. - Development and agile expansion of a method toolbox (toolbox, learning paths, train-the-trainer, maturity analysis, measurability concept, communication concept, roadshow)
- Development and documentation of the operating model, including governance, roles, responsibilities, and playbook; harmonization with other strategic initiatives
- Creation of work tools such as checklists, maturity models, and ROI and benefit indicators; integration into the automation check
- Development of a strategy for human-centric automation in line with the overall and IT strategy, identification of further pilot projects
- Coaching of projects and support of a lighthouse project (e.g., voice bot, mail automation) on methods, guidelines, and acceptance assurance
- Collaboration with other competence centers (e.g., AI, architecture, data protection); organization and further development of the community and participatory workshops
