Project overview

For a client project, we are looking for a consultant for Microsoft 365 Adoption & Enablement. We are explicitly looking for an experienced individual who independently conceives measures and then implements them operationally at the client's site.

Project Framework

Responsibilities

Accompanying the rollout of Microsoft Teams / M365

Conception and operational implementation of adoption & enablement measures

Development of target group-specific communication and training formats

Creation and maintenance of playbooks, manuals, user guides, and training materials

Preparation of further M365 expansion stages with SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Copilot

Development of concrete specifications and materials for further rollout phases

Support with SharePoint and M365 governance

Active stakeholder and sponsorship management

Requirements

Several years of experience in M365 Adoption & Enablement

Very good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment

Ideally, sound knowledge of SharePoint and M365 governance

Very strong editorial, conceptual, and documentation skills

Experience in the operational implementation of communication, training, and enablement measures

Confident stakeholder management

Experience in the public or public-related environment is an advantage

Native-level German is mandatory
