MobileXpense (MXP) Consultant

Project overview

For an internationally active company, we are looking for an experienced MobileXpense (MXP) Consultant to support the introduction and international rollout of the travel expense solution MobileXpense in several country organizations.

The tool has already been successfully introduced in Germany. Based on the experience gained there, the global rollout is now to be prepared and gradually implemented in further companies.

Responsibilities

• Professional consulting and support for the international rollout of MobileXpense (MXP)
• Recording and coordination of requirements with the respective country organizations
• Conception and execution of the rollout at multiple international locations
• Customizing and configuration of the MobileXpense solution according to local requirements
• Support in test planning, test execution, and go-live preparation
• Coordination of discussions between project management, business departments, and key users
• Creation of documentation and best practice guidelines for further rollout waves
• Knowledge transfer to internal contact persons and local key users

Requirements

• Demonstrable project experience with MobileXpense (MXP)
• Experience in international rollout and implementation projects
• Sound knowledge of customizing and configuring MobileXpense
• Experience in collaborating with international stakeholders
• Very good English skills
