• University degree or training in the IT field
• Very good practical experience with Power Automate Desktop and Power Automate Cloud
• Experience with Power Apps and low-code solutions
• Experience in process analysis and requirements gathering with business departments
• Demonstrable references for productive automations with measurable benefits
• Sense for governance and data protection, regulated environments are an advantage
• Structured, independent way of working with ownership
• Very good German skills, English is an advantage
