• Lead end-to-end technology due diligence workstreams in telecommunications, digital infrastructure, and technology assets – producing investor-relevant findings and value creation plans
• Assess OSS/BSS architectures, enterprise applications, cloud environments, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data platforms for scalability, technical debt, and modernization needs
• Evaluate AI strategy, governance, AI/ML platforms, GenAI use cases, AIOps capabilities, data readiness, and MLOps maturity within AI due diligence processes
• Review IT operating models, engineering organizations, procurement strategies, and delivery capabilities; conduct interviews with executives such as CIOs, CTOs, and technology leadership
• Define target IT architectures, operating models, and technology roadmaps in the context of IT strategy and transformation
• Assess cloud transformation programs, OSS/BSS modernization initiatives, automation, and the execution of digital transformation
• Support the optimization of technology costs and the redesign of operating models as part of large-scale transformation programs
• Lead post-merger integration assessments, including IT integration complexity, synergy identification, Day 1 readiness, TSA strategies, and carve-out support
• Develop and implement platform consolidation plans, data migration strategies, and technology roadmaps post-transaction
• Independently lead complex workstreams with minimal supervision to ensure high-quality results within tight deadlines
• Background at MBB, a leading strategy consultancy, a telecommunications-focused consulting firm, or a Big 4 technology/deal advisory practice
• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Systems, AI, or an equivalent technical discipline
• Proven experience in telecommunications technology due diligence, IT strategy, OSS/BSS transformation
• In-depth knowledge of telecommunications IT environments – OSS, BSS, CRM, Billing, Provisioning, Service Assurance, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Data Platforms
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience with major OSS/BSS platforms such as Amdocs, Netcracker, Ericsson, Nokia, Oracle, or Salesforce
• Hands-on experience with M&A, PMI, carve-outs, and large-scale transformation programs in the telecommunications sector
• Familiarity with cloud-native telecommunications architectures, SDN/NFV, Open RAN, automation, and AI-driven operations
• Experience in assessing AI governance frameworks, GenAI use cases, foundational model dependencies, and regulatory readiness
• Ability to independently lead complex workstreams with multiple stakeholders using a structured, results-oriented approach
