Seeking a consultant with a background in Work/Organizational Psychology and experience in the AI field to analyze the impact of technological and organizational changes on people and work environments. The role requires extensive research, evaluation, and communication of scientific findings within an organizational context.
Project overview
- Completed university degree in Work and Organizational Psychology, Business Psychology, Work Science, Organizational Research, or a specialization with a focus on one of these topics
- More than 5 years of practical experience in scientifically based analysis of the effects of technological / organizational changes on people / work environments, including description of the subject of investigation / methodical approach / results
- Experience in systematic research, evaluation, and classification of scientific literature and studies on work or organization-related issues (research, consulting, or organizational project, scientific publications) (2 project references)
- Experience in consolidating and evaluating scientific findings + practical experiences as well as their transfer into an organizational application context, including the description of scientific and practical results (2 project references)
- Experience with the analysis or evaluation of Artificial Intelligence in organizations and its current effects on work, roles, collaboration, and competencies (2 project references)
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Future of Work, and their effects on work, collaboration, and competencies (proven by at least one publication, study, research paper, or expert article)
- Experience in preparing and communicating scientific findings in an audience-appropriate manner, describing the technical subject matter (2 project references)
- Knowledge and practical experience with analysis, survey, and evaluation methods in the context of work and transformation issues, naming the methods used (2 project references)
- Knowledge of agile organizational forms and scaled agile frameworks, especially SAFe (2 project references)
- Knowledge and practical experience in the field of organizational development and organizational change processes (2 project references)
