Responsibilities

About the assignment

We are looking for a senior developer with a strong technical background and practical experience in building AI-driven products. You will work on exploring, developing, and productionizing AI solutions that create tangible business value.

The focus is on AI as a central part of the product itself – not on building agentic development platforms or solely experimenting with existing AI tools. We are looking for someone with a solid foundation in software development who has experience in translating AI technology into functional products and services.

You will be part of an AI team that identifies new opportunities, experiments with technology, and develops solutions based on business needs. The work can encompass everything from early prototypes and technical concepts to complete solutions that are deployed, used, and further developed over time.

There is particular interest in experience with AI in audio or video, but it is not a requirement.

We are looking for you who have

• A strong background in software development and experience in building and delivering functional applications.
• Practical experience in developing AI-driven products where AI is a central part of the product's functionality.
• Experience with LLMs, for example, through integration, evaluation, and application in real-world applications.
• Experience with RAG and other relevant techniques for building AI-based solutions.
• Ability to go from experiments and prototypes to well-structured, maintainable code.
• A curious and pragmatic approach, combining technical depth with a focus on user benefit.

Meritorious

• Experience with multimodal AI models.
• Experience in evaluating the quality, reliability, and performance of AI solutions.
• Experience in deploying and further developing AI features in a production environment.

You will be part of an AI team that develops solutions for the business. The team works with both initiatives from the organization and with their own technical experiments. Depending on the need, the team can contribute with advice, develop individual components, or take overall responsibility for solutions – from idea and implementation to operation and further development.
