Consulting Assignment | Azure Infrastructure Engineer, Greater Copenhagen

Project overview

For a client, we are looking for a highly experienced Azure Infrastructure Engineer to work with the client's Azure environment. The consultant will build and maintain infrastructure as code, automate via PowerShell and Azure DevOps pipelines, and support the rest of the Microsoft platform in both cloud and on-premises.

The assignment will be solved independently, so we are looking for a senior profile who thrives on taking responsibility and driving the work forward themselves.

Your qualifications

We are looking for a consultant for this project who has the following qualifications and characteristics:

• Many years of experience with Azure infrastructure and administration, including Entra ID, Key Vault, Azure Automation, and Virtual Machines
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code in Bicep or Terraform as well as Desired State Configuration (DSC)
• Experience with Azure DevOps for pipelines and source code management in Git
• Understanding of network setup, including IP subnets, VLAN, VNET, and firewalls
• Experience with PowerShell scripting as well as interest in and preferably experience with C#
• Knowledge of classic Microsoft infrastructure such as AD, ADFS, PKI, Exchange, or SQL
• Independent and used to taking full responsibility for own deliverables
