Project overview

Content Strategist UK-based (remote is fine, but must be able to travel to London for meetings if required) Paying up to £500 a day OUTSIDE IR35 (TBC) I'm supporting a project with a leading global asset management brand and were looking for a senior Content Strategist to join a high-profile website and digital experience transformation. Contract runs initially from 2-20 November (approx 12.5 working days), with a focus on content strategy, information architecture, governance, and content discoverability. Deliverables Co-lead the stakeholder interviews (up to 6) with the CX lead, and synthesise them into key themes. Content audit of the current website covering structure, quality, duplication, tone and governance. Content strategy principles and recommendations for the content model in a headless CMS (Contentful). Content input to the information architecture and future-state journeys. Contribute to an all-day goals, KPIs and brand workshop with the client.

Requirements

Senior content strategist or strategy director with experience of large, complex corporate or financial services websites. Has run content audits and stakeholder interviews. Has written content models and governance for a headless CMS. Contentful is ideal. Understands how content needs to be structured to be found by search engines and LLMs (AEO and GEO). Confident presenting to senior client stakeholders.
