Contract Manager Maintenance & Failures (interim)

Project overview

Within this assignment, you are responsible for contract management regarding maintenance and failures, and you will support tendering processes.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Managing and keeping contracts and price agreements up-to-date, accessible to the internal organization
• Maintaining contact with suppliers and internal customers about questions, deviations, and bottlenecks
• Performing periodic supplier assessments and discussing the outcomes
• Establishing improvement agreements and monitoring their follow-up
• Identifying risks, additional work, and deviations, and advising on suitable measures
• Supporting tenders by providing technical input and gathering needs from the organization
• Contributing to contract terms
• Making preparations for the implementation of new contracts
• Carefully documenting files and agreements so they are transferable to the permanent team
• Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking
• More than 5 years of experience in a similar assignment, or 3 to 5 years of experience
• Proven experience with work on purification and/or industrial installations
• Strong judgment, substantively convincing, and open to others' arguments
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to distinguish between main and secondary issues and to guide a contract team
• Experience working in the public sector
• Independent work attitude and strong communication skills
