Responsibilities

Development, coordination, and planning of technical solutions in the field of process control technology and main control technology for generation plants for heat and electricity production, including measurement and control technology, PLCs, bus systems, as well as communication, security, and information technology

Creation and coordination of control technology basic documents, e.g., control technology topologies, in German and English

Planning of new construction, expansion, and modification of an existing main control technology at the power plant site, as well as coordination of the integration and coupling of generation and infrastructure plants to the main control technology, taking into account the ongoing operation of the existing plant

Technical consulting for the creation of planning documents, especially Feasibility Studies (FS), Basis of Design (BoD), Basic Design Packages (BDP), and Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents

Creation of discipline-specific tenders, evaluation of incoming bids, and preparation of award recommendations

Technical quality assurance and quality control during the planning, construction, commissioning, and project handover phases

Identification and technical evaluation of control technology risks, as well as contribution and representation of these topics in risk workshops

Technical consulting and support for the executing company in the implementation of the control technology solutions

Project Scope:

The project involves the construction of a feed-in station (so-called "heating station") for various generation plants at the power plant site. Furthermore, the project includes the overarching electrical engineering planning of high, medium, and low-voltage systems, the installation of several transformers, and the planning and implementation of the overarching control technology.
