Job description
As a coordinator, you will contribute to optimizing service channels for citizens applying for or changing their benefits. You will also play a key role in organizing analyses, advising on dashboarding, and driving results.

Assignment Description:
Service Benefits aims to ensure the correct, timely, and lawful awarding of benefits, so that citizens receive what they are entitled to and know where they stand. We do this with a diverse range of interaction channels, always focusing on the citizen's perspective. As a coordinator, you will contribute to optimizing these channels, so that citizens can apply for or change their benefits quickly and easily. Are you the coordinator we are looking for?
As a coordinator, you may also play an important role in organizing an analysis of the requested data for non-use, the benefits monitor, and public campaigns. You will advise on their dashboarding and steer on the results. With your love for organizing things, your networking skills, and passion for service, you will turn plans into action and, together with colleagues, ensure successful implementations!
You will maintain a broad network both outside and within the organization and proactively involve the necessary disciplines in implementations. You will identify bottlenecks in project progress and ensure (if necessary) escalation to maintain this progress. Additionally, you will draw cross-connections between advice at the tactical and strategic level (organization-wide) and our department. You will ensure that priorities and planning align with strategic objectives and that our service optimally responds to the needs of benefit recipients.
Requirements
The offered candidate has a minimum of HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level. This is demonstrable through a completed HBO diploma or at least 5 years of work experience as a project leader or similar.
The offered candidate has at least 3 years of demonstrable work experience as a project leader, project manager, and/or program manager, where the candidate was responsible for coordinating multiple stakeholders and monitoring project planning, progress, risks, and results.
The offered candidate has knowledge of and experience with translating strategic goals into operational plans. This is evident from work experience in the CV, cover letter, and if applicable, during a selection interview.
The offered candidate scores a minimum of 500 points out of the total achievable points for quality requirements and competencies (=800 points), with at least 30 points per competency.
