The position

As Coordinator Technical Management, you will lead the team of Technical Managers and coordinate the management and maintenance of municipal buildings within the Drechtsteden region. You will work under the responsibility of the Real Estate & Facilities Team Leader and contribute to the further professionalization of the cluster.

This cluster works on, among other things, real estate management and facility services for several municipalities in the region. • Coordinating corrective, preventive, and planned maintenance of municipal real estate;
• Managing, guiding, and coaching the team of Technical Managers;
• Preparing maintenance work and managing market parties working under framework agreements;
• Advising clients and users on construction and installation technical issues;
• Requesting, assessing, and coordinating quotes and monitoring budgets;
• Acting as a point of contact for users and owners and ensuring clear communication;
• Keeping building files up-to-date and maintaining correct work order administration;
• Contributing to improvements and innovations within the field.
• HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level with additional specialized knowledge;
• At least 5 years of function-specific work experience;
• Technical, construction, and installation technical work experience;
• Extensive experience working according to NEN 2767, preparing planned work packages, and approaching maintenance issues portfolio-wide;
• Knowledge of various building-related systems;
• Knowledge of laws and regulations and company-specific regulations regarding building maintenance;
• Experience with tenders within a government environment;
• VCA Safety for Operational Managers;
• Leadership skills;
• Good oral communication skills in Dutch;
• A results-oriented, collaborative, and proactive work attitude;
• Willingness for flexible working or standby services
