Copywriter (B2B + Tech)

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced B2B Copywriters to support a large-scale email marketing initiative focused on small and medium-sized business audiences. This role will help execute and optimize email nurture journeys by developing and refining derivative content across multiple touchpoints. This will be 6+ months, 40 hours per week and remote (with the option to go into the office, if you'd like, in Downtown Toronto). Responsibilities Write, edit, and adapt email content across customer journey and nurture campaigns.

Create derivative content from existing messaging, campaign assets, and source materials while maintaining brand voice. Review content for clarity, consistency, grammar, and effectiveness. Partner with designers and campaign stakeholders to deliver cohesive email experiences. Leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance editing efficiency and content quality while maintaining editorial standards. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced production environment. Qualifications 3+ years of experience writing and editing B2B marketing content, with a strong focus on email.

Expertise in email nurture programs, customer journeys, and demand generation marketing. Experience adapting and repurposing content across multiple campaign assets. Familiarity with AI-enabled writing and editing tools. In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
