Job description
We are looking for a temporary Corporate Recruiter to manage a portfolio of vacancies, advise hiring managers, and handle salary negotiations and supplier/candidate agreements. This role offers significant freedom and responsibility with flexible, hybrid working arrangements.
Project overview
Complete control over the vacancies in your own portfolio, including providing requested and unsolicited advice to your hiring managers, where you can use your own network and knowledge while being a strong discussion partner for the business. That is the great challenge we offer our new temporary colleague.
You will manage your own portfolio of hiring managers with diverse vacancies. Based on your knowledge and experience, you will advise the hiring managers, manage processes, and be responsible for salary negotiations and rate agreements with suppliers & candidates.
Working at the CAK means working with a high degree of freedom and responsibility. Combined with flexible and hybrid working, you will shape your work in a way that suits you.
Within your target group, you know exactly what is going on. How do you reach the right people in the current labor market? Where do the needs of candidates lie, but also those of the business? You know this game and from this perspective, in collaboration with the hiring manager, you will determine the right approach for each vacancy.
You will conduct job interviews, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and act as an advisor for all parties in the process. With your expertise, you will add value as a recruiter during the various procedures for your vacancy holder and provide job applicants with a positive candidate experience.
In short, a great challenge for someone who gets energy from running the entire recruitment process.
Requirements
You are a recruiter who works through connection, but is certainly not afraid to ask critical questions. You are a strong discussion partner for your internal clients, with an eye for people's qualities and the organization's needs. In addition, you have/are:
Additional Information
When you offer a professional to us as a supplier and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party, including regarding the Chain and Principal Liability Act (Wet keten- en inlenersaansprakelijkheid).
The 'WKA' aims to prevent abuse in the remittance of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to client. We cover these risks for our clients by means of a blocked account, the G-account. This is an account to which a portion of the invoice amount is deposited and from which you can pay payroll taxes and VAT to the Tax Authorities. The percentage to be deposited depends on whether you have an SNA certification (NEN-4400-1 or NEN-4400-2) and whether your company is established in the Netherlands or abroad. You can apply for the G-account from the Tax Authorities.
If you cannot obtain a G-account (and you can provide proof of this from the Tax Authorities), you also have the option to submit an accountant's statement (assurance report regarding personnel lending) every quarter. In this, a certified accountant (AA or RA) will issue a statement about the correctness, completeness, and timeliness of the remittances. Please note that the costs for this statement are at your own expense.
- A completed Bachelor's degree (HBO);
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter within a similar organization;
- Demonstrable experience in advising internal and external stakeholders;
- Proficient in conducting interviews with applicants and vacancy holders;
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;
