As an Infra Cost Advisor, you will provide cost advice for large civil engineering projects at the airport, including cost estimations, budget preparation, and identifying savings opportunities.

As an Infra Cost Advisor, you will provide cost advice for large civil engineering projects at the airport.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Prepare cost estimates for investment costs and assess the value development of projects
- Coordinate with various departments to prepare broadly supported cost advice
- Identify savings opportunities and prepare budgets for ongoing and future projects
- Prepare budgets for main contractor requests and assess tenders for cost and efficiency
- Provide functional guidance to one or more junior cost engineers within the project
- Working and thinking level at HBO (University of Applied Sciences) level, or extensive experience gained within the contracting industry
- Significant experience with cost control in new construction and renovation projects within the structure discipline
- Knowledge of relevant legislation such as the Building Decree and standards like UAV, UAV-GC, RAW, and STABU
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating in a complex stakeholder field
