Your Role

You are the creative force behind our videos. You develop the ideas, write the scripts, lead the shoots, and ensure that the final videos stand out and perform. A videographer, actor, and editor are already on board. You will take the lead and be responsible for the outcome.

• Concept & Scripts: You develop ad concepts and write scripts for our shoots
• hooks, storylines, and formats that grab attention in the feed.
• Lead Shoots: Twice a month, you will lead the shoots in Hamburg. You will direct, coach the actors, and ensure a smooth process.
• Editing Communication: You will be the interface to our editor, provide clear feedback, and manage editing approvals.
• Ensure Results: You are responsible for ensuring that the finished videos meet our quality and creative standards and can go live on time.
• Expandable: We are starting with Paid Ads. In the medium term, you can also help shape our organic content.
• Mandatory: Demonstrable experience in Paid Ads / Social Production (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube), ideally with examples from your portfolio
• Strong sense for storytelling, hooks, and content that stands out from other brands
• Experience in leading shoots and managing teams (camera, actors, editing)
• Ability to write scripts that aim for performance and creativity
• Clear, structured communication and a high standard of quality
• Residence in or around Hamburg (shoots are on-site)
• Flexible Model: Freelance with approx. 2 fixed shoot days per month to start, fixed collaboration, part-time, or permanent employment are possible
• Creative Freedom: We want to stand out and dare to try new things
• Ready Setup: Videographer, actor, and editor are available; you can start being creative immediately and will be given responsibility after a trial day, meaning you can decide what is done here and truly shape it!
