• Working hours: 32–40 hours
• Location: Potsdam
• Analysis and assessment of the economic conditions of corporate clients and preparation of well-founded credit risk assessments
• Requesting, checking, and evaluating relevant financial and company documents
• Preparation and execution of credit reviews for existing commitments
• Assessment of repayment capacity, asset and capital structure, as well as available collateral
• Preparation and presentation of credit commitments to responsible decision-makers and credit committees
• Derivation of recommendations for risk minimization and obtaining suitable collateral
• Management of critical credit commitments and implementation of suitable measures for risk limitation
• Review of restructuring and reorganization concepts
• Monitoring of credit risks based on inventory checks and early warning indicators
• Examination of individual financing parameters and participation in the continuous optimization of credit processes
• Completed commercial apprenticeship or a completed degree, ideally with a focus on banking or business administration
• Sound knowledge and practical experience in credit business, especially in credit analysis and creditworthiness assessment of corporate clients
• Very good analytical skills and a strong understanding of business contexts
• Confident handling of annual financial statements, especially balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements
• Experience in applying common analysis methods, key figures, and procedures for assessing credit risks
• Good knowledge of insolvency law and the valuation and realization of collateral
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in banking
• Very good German and English skills
