Scope of Services

• Analysis and evaluation of the existing MES landscape and recording of business requirements
• Implementation and customization of Critical Manufacturing MES solutions
• Conception and mapping of production processes and workflows in Critical Manufacturing MES
• Configuration and customizing of the MES solution according to production requirements
• Consulting business departments regarding MES processes, functions, and suitable solution approaches
• Conception and support of interfaces to ERP, shop floor, machine, and other production systems
• Support with the integration of machines, plants, and production data into the MES landscape
• Execution or support of functional, integration, and acceptance tests as well as error analysis
• Consulting on rollout, go-live, and optimization of the MES solution during ongoing production operations

• Expertise in the field of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), especially in Critical Manufacturing MES
• Project experience in the areas of MES and MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) in an industrial production environment
• Know-how in the configuration, integration, and interfaces of MES as well as in solution design
• Practical knowledge of manufacturing and shop floor processes as well as with rollouts, migrations, or MES introductions
• Routine handling of ERP, MES, and shop floor architectures as well as databases and SQL
• Experience with solutions from various MES providers such as Dassault, Schneider Electric, or Siemens is an advantage
• Willingness to travel within Germany to multiple locations
