Project preparation and analysis

Coordination with local departments and key users

Recording of customer requirements

Analysis of current document types

Identification of country-specific requirements and peculiarities

Creation of training materials and process documentation (Signavio)

Conducting training for end-users and key users

Technical coordination & test management

Coordination of interface requirements with IT and external service providers

Support with technical tests and error analysis

Support key users during the test phase

Documentation, prioritization, and tracking of errors

Go-Live management

Planning and coordination of the go-live date

Conducting go-live checks

Monitoring of the first production documents

Coordination of error resolution for critical issues

Hypercare and continuous improvement

Support for users after go-live

Analysis of process and quality metrics

Identification of optimization and automation potential

Coordination and implementation of further improvements

Responsibilities

End-to-end coordination of international rollouts

Interface between departments, IT, key users, and external service providers

Ensuring successful implementation of the EDI/ IDP solution

Increasing the degree of automation through digital document processing

Requirements

Completed business administration degree, or alternatively a technical or commercial apprenticeship with additional qualifications

Experience with IDP (Intelligent Document Processing - Provider: PARASHIFT on the Seeburger Platform) and ERP systems (SAP ECC/R3)

Experience in CRM, sales organization, customer service, or marketing, change management

Current SAP or Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Administrator, etc.) are an advantage, but not a must

Experience with the following tools is an advantage: Signavio, JIRA, Confluence (Atlassian), AI knowledge (e.g., Agentforce SF or Jule from SAP)

Good understanding of technical concepts such as database systems and data integration

Methodological competence and analytical thinking skills

Team player with an independent and structured way of working

Fluent English spoken and written

Experience in global companies

Intercultural competence and willingness to travel
