CRM Data Analyst

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced CRM Data Analyst to support a large international organization with their CRM analyses, campaign performance measurements, and consumer data initiatives in European markets.

This role focuses on improving CRM reporting, optimizing outbound marketing campaigns, and providing actionable insights to support consumer growth and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Development and maintenance of CRM performance reporting frameworks to track engagement, conversions, and ROI
• Analysis of outbound marketing campaigns and identification of optimization opportunities
• Monitoring of consumer growth and product registration performance in European markets
• Creation and improvement of dashboards to enhance data visibility
• Support for A/B tests and campaign experiments
• Collaboration with CRM, Marketing, and Data teams
• Support for data management initiatives and future Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementation

Requirements

Position: Hybrid, 3 months, Stockholm

• Extensive experience in CRM Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or Campaign Performance Analysis
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Python
• Solid knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Experience with CRM platforms and customer engagement data
• Understanding of campaign performance metrics, customer segmentation, and ROI
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in international markets and CDP platforms is an advantage
