Project overview
We're looking for a Customer Service Professional for our client in the banking sector

Knowledge of insurance/savings products is considered an advantage.
Start date: 2026-11-10
End date: 2027-11-30 (initially 6 month contract)
- Provide customer service across multiple channels and support sales activities
- Consult internal colleagues on savings and life insurance matters
- Handle customer complaints and regulatory inquiries in accordance with applicable requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in the financial or insurance sector, in customer service roles or equivalent.
- Fluent Finnish and English language skills, proficiency in Swedish is a great advantage.
- A customer-oriented approach, strong problem-solving skills, and flexibility in changing work situations.
Project details
100% (38 h/week)
Helsinki (3 days week at office is mandatory)
