Responsibilities

• Planning and management of cutover activities within complex IT transformation programs
• Coordination of the migration of legacy systems to new platforms during ongoing operations
• Creation and orchestration of cutover plans and procedural scripts
• Definition and monitoring of quality gates and milestones
• Progress control as well as identification and escalation of risks
• Coordination of various project teams and stakeholders
• Ensuring the handover to regular IT operations
