• User-centric requirements gathering, specification & documentation: Recording, describing, coordinating, and refining requirements for agile product development.
• Stakeholder analysis and management: identifying relevant stakeholders, gathering expectations, clarifying goals.
• Planning, conducting & moderating workshops and refinements as part of requirements gathering, including follow-up.
• Consulting and further development on challenges in the agile requirements process at the interface between V-model and agile product development.
• Technical support in the conception of technical target states with corresponding modeling tools and methods, participation & moderation of relevant technical meetings and provision of regular updates for
• Project managers and other project team members
• Methodological support for internal project team processes and exchange formats.
• Participation in all technical project appointments, Scrum events, and workshops.
• Participation in technically necessary appointments at the place of performance.
• Technical support for project controlling in capacity planning.

Your Qualifications

• Experience in documenting, modeling, analyzing, and optimizing processes (> 3 years of experience)
• Experience in documenting and refining requirements in agile development teams (creating and coordinating user stories within the scope of technical conception) (> 3 years of experience)
• Experience in conducting requirements workshops with project stakeholders (> 3 years of experience)
• Experience in agile projects according to various methods (Scrum, Kanban) (> 3 years of experience)
• Experience in communication regarding coordination with interface partners (> 3 years of experience)
• Experience in project and process tracking, e.g., Jira Software or Confluence (= 3 years of experience)
• Experience in leading consulting or conception projects (>10 employees) with complex architecture
• Industry/Integration Knowledge Experience with the development, integration, or operation of passenger information systems in the public transport environment (= 3 years of experience)
