Project overview
This role requires an onsite presence for approximately 3 days a week and is subject to change depending on client requirements
This role will be part of an on-call rota
Expected qualification and critical experiences -
Mandatory Education, Skills & certification -
- BAU engineer based on customer sites to support critical national infrastructure services.
- Perform queue-based hardware, software and user fault management within predefined SLAs
- Out of hours support rota once trained
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a pressurized environment
- Good customer service skills
- Mentor for junior engineers
- CyberArk Sentry certified
- Cyberark PAS/PAM on prem
- Cyberark Alero/Remote access
- SME for Cyberark tuning, account management, upgrades and reporting
- Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft Server 2016 and Active Directory
Requirements
Desirable Skills -
- Driving license essential
- Must meet requirements to become SC cleared
- Local to office for DR cover
- PowerShell
- Citrix 2203
- Microsoft System Center Orchestrator (Scorch)
- IT Service Now
- SQL, NetBackup, Rubrik
- Redhat 8
- Wwindows 2019 and 2022
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Hyper-V, VMM, and Windows Clustering
