Seeking a Senior Cyber Security Program Manager / PMO to provide transverse coordination for a strategic cybersecurity transformation program. The role involves consolidating progress, managing risks, and ensuring operational and financial oversight for multiple security workstreams.

Mission Context
As part of a strategic program for transformation and strengthening cybersecurity, we are looking for a Cyber Security Program Manager / Senior Cyber PMO to support the transverse management of several security initiatives.
This program, with high visibility to Senior Management, is structured around five streams, each already having its own project manager.
The objective of the mission is to ensure a consolidated view of the program's progress, to ensure the reliability of its operational and financial management, and to facilitate decision-making within governance bodies.

- Consolidate the progress of the five program streams.
- Coordinate the various project managers and ensure the overall consistency of the work.
- Identify dependencies, risks, blocking points, and potential schedule deviations.
- Challenge the teams on project progress, priorities, and commitments.
- Define and produce program monitoring dashboards (KPIs, milestones, risks, deliverables).
- Structure and ensure the reliability of reporting for governance bodies.
- Prepare presentation materials for steering committees and management meetings.
- Produce a synthetic, reliable, and decision-oriented view of the program's progress.
- Consolidate and monitor the budgets of the various streams.
- Analyze budget consumption, forecasts, and variances.
- Identify risks of overspending and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure consistency between operational progress and financial consumption.
- Status: Freelance
- Workload: 50% (approximately 2.5 days per week)
