For our end client in the international enterprise IT environment, we are looking for an experienced CyberArk PAM Expert (m/f/d) for freelance support in the technical implementation, integration, and further development of a company-wide Privileged Access Management (PAM) environment.

The focus is on the secure connection of complex IT infrastructures, network components, and applications to CyberArk, as well as the implementation of scalable solutions for privileged access, password management, and session management. You will work closely with international security, infrastructure, and IT operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Conception, implementation, and further development of CyberArk PAM/PAS solutions in complex enterprise IT landscapes
• Technical integration and onboarding of privileged accounts, network components, servers, databases, and applications into CyberArk
• Configuration and administration of the CyberArk components CPM, PVWA, PSM, and PSMP
• Development and implementation of secure safe structures, platform configurations, and role-based access concepts (RBAC)
• Implementation and optimization of password rotation, account reconciliation, and privileged session management
• Customization, integration, and troubleshooting of CyberArk connectors and platform configurations
• Integration of existing directory services such as Active Directory, LDAP, and Microsoft Entra ID
• Implementation of security hardening, audit, and compliance requirements
• Technical documentation, error analysis, and knowledge transfer to internal security and operations teams

• Several years of practical project experience in the implementation and integration of CyberArk PAM/PAS solutions in an enterprise environment
• Profound knowledge of the CyberArk components CPM, PVWA, PSM, and PSMP, as well as their interaction
• Experience in onboarding privileged accounts and integrating complex IT infrastructures into CyberArk
• Very good knowledge of safe design, password rotation, session management, and RBAC
• Experience in connecting various target systems, especially network components, Windows servers, databases, and virtualization platforms
• Knowledge in the integration of Active Directory, LDAP, and Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience with security hardening, audit requirements, and securing privileged access
• Ideally, experience in developing and customizing individual PSM connectors
• Independent, solution-oriented way of working, as well as experience in collaborating with international IT and security teams
• Full availability from 19.10.2026
• Start: 19.10.2026
• Duration: 6+ months with option for extension
