Experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant needed to support a project related to German e-invoicing requirements, focusing on XML invoice generation and configuration.
Project overview
For our client, we are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant to support a project in the area of German e-invoicing obligations.
Responsibilities
Must-have Skills
- Analysis and review of existing D365 Finance configurations
- Configuration of D365 Electronic Reporting (ER)
- Creation and generation of XML invoices for free text invoices and credit notes
- Customization of Print Management for automated sending of XML invoices
- Validation of XML outputs according to German requirements
- Support of test phases, error analysis, and go-live
- Functional and technical consulting for business departments and project teams
- Documentation of configurations and handover to internal teams
- Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
- Very good knowledge of Electronic Reporting (ER)
- Experience with electronic invoicing formats / XML invoicing
- Experience in the Finance environment (AR, Customer Invoicing)
- Experience in international ERP projects
- Very good English
Nice to have
- Knowledge of German e-invoicing obligations
- Experience with XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, or comparable formats
- Experience with Print Management in D365
- Knowledge in the area of Austria/Germany
